In Africa you can buy your university text books from a street vendor. Where else in the world can you do that?
I had a meeting this morning in Johannesburg city, and i noticed a street vendor selling books. Street vendors are common here. You can literally buy fruit, flowers etc. from the comfort of you car while waiting for the traffic light to change. However it’s the first time i have seen a street vendor selling university text books. Picture below:
